The purpose of these recipes is to give everyone, whether you are healthy or not, a better choice. Good tasting food that is good for you, life-giving and delicious. I want to share with others what I have learned for myself. Through trial and error I have come up with some fun recipes that will help you feel like you are not missing out on anything, but actually getting more in nutrition and full flavor. I have also incorporated some quick meals that are good because we all have busy lifestyles. I didn’t have any recipes to fall back on when I changed my eating habits so may this help you with your efforts.
