Now for the mess ups!
The picture doesn’t look bad, but the beans were tough. I have tried on numerous occassions to make baked beans and they always turn out tough. I have them perfectly cooked then once I add raw honey or other natural sweeteners they toughen up. EVERY time I have tried this that has happened. Anyone have any suggestions? Please give me some advice.
My other big mess up for the week is that I ruined about 12 cups of sprouted wheat. I didn’t rinse them enough and they turned rancid. Bummer. I didn’t realize what I had done until I tried dehydrating them in my oven and my whole house smelled like stinky feet.
So just a word of advice, don’t forget or put off rinsing your sprouts!!
