Cube Steak with Salad and House Dressing

IMG_0079This is seasoned up with sea salt, black pepper and dehydrated garlic. It is also grass fed, free range beef.

Over a bed of greens. Topped with sweet onions, tomatoes and house dressing.

House Dressing

 

2 tbsp good quality mayonnaise

1 tbsp plain yogurt

1 tbsp sour cream

½-1 tsp sea salt

¼ tsp dried parsley

¼ tsp dried dill

1 tsp dried onion

1 clove garlic, minced with salt

Fresh ground black pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper

Raw milk to thin the dressing

 

 

            Mix all ingredients together except the garlic. Coarsely chop the garlic, then sprinkle with salt. Continue to mince until very fine. Add half of the garlic to the mixture. Taste and decide if you want to add the rest. Refrigerate any leftovers. Great on salads or for dipping vegetables into.
